Bierne og blomsterne, gaderåb og sang - afslutningskoncerten for 2022 Theatre of Voices Festival handler om kontrasterne og hvad stemmen kan. Programmet starter i blomstrende grønne omgivelser med lette engelske madrigaler og imitationer af fuglesang, sørger over en nymfes død, tager en bytur på torvedagen og hylder Jomfru Maria før nattens sødt slumrer ind.

Birds and bees, cries and song - the final concert of the 2022 Theatre of Voices Festival is all about contrasts and what the voice can do. The program starts in flowery green surroundings with light English madrigals and birdsong imitations, pauses at the death of a nymph, goes to town on market day and hails the virgin Mary before the sweet night draws on.
