Happy 90th Birthday, Pelle Gudmundsen-Holmgreen

On 21st November, Pelle Gudmundsen-Holmgreen would have turned 90! Here's a reminder of just How great his music is! We worked with WowBrickArt, Kronos Quartet, Dacapo Records and Edition Wilhelm Hansen to cheer Pelle up when he was very, very ill. We made his studio in Lego in this video - illustrating his compositorial method in 'stacking' the string quartet piece 'New Ground' and the vocal quartet 'Green' in order to create 'New Ground Green'.

The percussion is played by the singers in Theatre of Voices.
