Lang | The Little Match Girl Passion

We're so happy to finally be able to share our performance of Lang's 'The Little Match Girl Passion' from May. This piece won Lang his Pulitzer Prize in 2008 and Theatre of Voices our Grammy in 2009. In it, Lang masterfully weaves the H.C. Andersen's story of the same name with aspects from Bach's 'St Matthew Passion' using a vocal quartet and a variety of metallic timbres.
