Adam Zagajewski

It is with great sorrow that we have received the news of our friend the Polish poet Adam Zagajewski’s death, and send our condolences to his family.As our last concert before the first lockdown last year, we had the great fortune of working with him on his poems set to music by Argentinian composer Pablo Ortiz. We premiered it with The Smith Quartet in Copenhagen and will work to give the project a long life in Adam’s memory. It was a true privilege working with you! R.I.P.
