Songs from the Soil – film and live music

Enghave Kirke, Copenhagen
Friday, Mar 15, 2019 at 7.30pm

As preparation for our concert at Carnegie Hall on 20 March, the Danish documentarist Phie Ambo and Theatre of Voices present the phenomenal film poem "Songs from the Soil" - a visual presentation of the four seasons around the biodynamic farm Thorshøjgaard in Denmark - supplier of produce to NOMA. The film is accompanied by live music by Arvo Pärt. The one-hour event, which is an informal extension of our rehearsals, will include the film and a discussion with documentary film maker Phie Ambo. Enghave Kirke is our generous host!
